According to a recent study by litmus, the iPhone reigns supreme with a 23% market share. Add the iPad with 11% and Android with 8% and that means at least 42% of opens are occurring on mobile devices. That’s an astonishing 330% increase over the past two years! Further proof you really need to consider how recipients interact with your email. Where interaction has historically been done with the click of a mouse, more often it’s now being done with the touch of a finger. More white space, larger text, bigger buttons and responsive design should be considered when designing an email.
